Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how Thrivex users can permanently delete their account or request deletion of specific data.
Delete Your Thrivex Account
You can permanently delete your Thrivex account directly inside the app.
How to delete your account
- 1. Log in to your account.
- 2. Go to your Profile page.
- 3. Press the Settings cog in the top right corner.
- 4. Select Guidance.
- 5. Select Delete Account.
Permanent account deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes your Thrivex account and wipes all associated account data stored by us. Once this process is completed, the account is gone and cannot be restored.
What is deleted
- • Profile and account information
- • User-entered fitness and wellness details
- • Workout, nutrition, and progress records
- • Health and activity data stored by Thrivex
- • Any other account-linked data associated with the user
