You can permanently delete your account directly inside the Thrivex app.
How to delete your account
- 1Log in to your Thrivex account.
- 2Open your Profile page.
- 3Press the Settings cog in the top-right corner.
- 4Select Guidance.
- 5Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Permanent account deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes your Thrivex account and the associated account data stored by us. Once the process is completed, the account cannot be restored.
What is deleted
- Profile and account information
- User-entered fitness and wellness details
- Workout, nutrition, and progress records
- Health and activity data stored by Thrivex
- Achievements, streaks, and account-linked history
- Other data associated with the deleted account
